Joe Biden's Inauguration

Updated: Jun 24, 2021

Since about 150 years, a former President will not be attending the next President's inauguration. Because of the fraud that occurred during the 2020 election, President Trump refuses to attend the inauguration of a stolen election.

Near noon on January 20, 2021, Kamala Harris was sworn in as Vice President approximately 6 minutes before Joe Biden was sworn in as President.

After being sworn in, Biden gave his inauguration speech. He claimed that now, "a rise in political extremism, white supremacy and domestic terrorism that we must confront and we will defeat." As Biden as stated in the past, he claims that President Trump is a white supremacist. Thus, to defeat white supremacists, Biden plans to defeat everyone who ever supported President Trump. Meanwhile, he also calls for "the most elusive of all things in a democracy: unity." What a hypocrite! He wants to call for unity while eluding towards defeating conservatives and all those who ever supported Trump. Not to mention, unity was never an option when Trump was president because he was, as the Left said, "not my president." Well, guess what? Joe Biden is not our president!

Highlights of Performances:

Lady Gaga performed the National Anthem

JLo performed a medley of American themed songs

Garth Brooks performed "Amazing Grace"

Tim McGraw and Tyler Hubbard performed "Undivided"

Biden and Harris left the Capital to attend the wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Around 4 pm, Biden entered the White House for the first time as president. That night, Jill and Joe Biden watched the fireworks over the nation's capital as Katy Perry performed "Firework."
