Ellen DeGeneres: The "Unkind" Professor

According to a Buzzfeed article, multiple former and current employees have come out against Ellen's show, stating how toxic the work environment is. Not only were employees treated horribly for not being in the same "class" as Ellen, but many black employees faced racism on multiple occasions. The producers of Ellen's show have made racist and sexist comments to lower-level employees. In addition to this, multiple Twitter users have also stated how "toxic" it is to work for Ellen's show. Many celebrities, like Nikki Tutorials and Brad Garrett, have also stated that they are not surprised about the allegations against Ellen's show. After all, they have experienced this first-hand. Because of these allegations, Warner media is currently investigating Ellen's show. Ellen claims her show spreads kindness to her audience, but she doesn't seem to practice what she preaches with her staff. Multiple employees have stated that she is high-maintenance and ignores those who are not as famous. Once the allegations were released, Ellen claimed that she did not know how her staff was being treated. If it is The Ellen DeGeneres Show, then how does she not know what goes on with producers and staff? The answer is simple: she only cares about herself and her image on the show. There is talk about the show getting cancelled and James Corden serving as Ellen's replacement. However, James Corden treats his employees and staff just as bad as Ellen. Even if Ellen's show gets "cancelled," employees will not be treated any better under Corden. Don't believe me? Check out this video.
